1. Introduction

BATI Studio ("we", "our" or "application") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your personal data is collected, used, and shared when you use the BATI Studio mobile application and web platform.


2. Data Collected

We may collect the following information when you use our application:

  • Registration Information: Your name, email address, and contact information.
  • Profile Data: In-app physical measurements, mood tracking data, and training history.
  • Device Information: Basic analytics data such as device type and IP address.
  • Usage Data: the days and times you open the app, which pages, calendar days and lessons you view in the app, where you stop in the booking and payment steps, your device type, and whether you open our notifications (kept for 180 days).
  • Screenshot Log: When you take a screenshot in the mobile app (or press PrintScreen on a computer), your name, role, the page you were on and the time are recorded; the image itself is not collected.
  • Purchase Information: your BATI Online subscription product, start and end dates, the app store transaction ID, and the order number for web payments. Your card details never reach us; payment is taken by Apple, Google or PayTR.
  • Live Online Classes: if you turn on your camera or microphone in a class, your video and audio are streamed live only to the class trainer and are not recorded. The streaming infrastructure is LiveKit (EU, Frankfurt).


3. Use of Data

Collected data is used for the following purposes:

  • To recommend personalized pilates and training programs.
  • To manage your studio class reservations.
  • To improve our services and provide customer support.
  • Letting you know about suitable classes at a convenient time, and not more often than necessary.
  • Preventing unauthorized sharing of member and studio information (screenshot logs are visible only to studio administrators).


4. Data Sharing

Your personal information is not shared with third parties except as required by law. It is only processed under confidentiality agreements with infrastructure providers (e.g., cloud servers, analytics tools) that help us deliver our services.


5. Data Deletion (Account Deletion)

In accordance with App Store policies, you have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. To request data deletion, contact hello@batistudio.com or use the "Profile > Settings" menu in the application.
