1. Bevezetés és elfogadás

By using the services offered by BATI Studio ("Application"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please discontinue using the Application.

2. Fiók létrehozása és biztonság

• You are responsible for the security of your account and the confidentiality of OTP (verification) codes sent to you.
• Information provided during registration must be accurate and complete.

3. Foglalások, csomagok és egyenleg

Studio reservations, balance top-ups, and class cancellation rules are subject to the policies of BATI Studio's physical locations. Balances and purchased packages can only be used within the Application and Studio and cannot be converted to cash.

4. Egészségügyi nyilatkozat

BATI Studio is not a medical advisory or physiotherapy application. It is recommended that you consult your doctor before performing any exercises or training programs in the application. BATI Studio cannot be held responsible for physical injuries that may occur during training.

5. Szellemi tulajdon

All videos, programs, software, and visual materials (BATI Logo, brand name) within the Application are the intellectual property of BATI Studio. They may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
